Fund Manager
Andy is a seasoned professional with over a decade of invaluable experience in Investments and Fund Management. He has an impressive background, having served as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of a Registered Fund Management Company.
Under his leadership, he has successfully overseen the launch and management of various Cayman/VCC Fund structures, collaborating closely with Asset Managers from diverse jurisdictions across the Asia Pacific region.
Andy’s meticulous approach to financial planning sets him apart, as he is dedicated to providing customized and personalized financial services advisory to his affluent clients. His extensive experience includes eight years at Dell Global B.V. (Singapore), where he excelled in managing the Asia Pacific retail operation and specialized in implementing six-sigma methodologies and leveraging data analytics.
Andy’s commitment to providing top-notch financial services, combined with his experience across different sectors and regions, positions him as a trusted advisor in the industry.

By leveraging her meticulous analysis and deep understanding of market dynamics, Valerie identifies lucrative investment opportunities and navigates risks to optimize performance. Saud Siddique
Fund Advisor
Mr. Siddique, Odyssey Capital, and Chairman and CEO of Tigris, a sustainability focused investment firm, brings over 35 years of global experience. His extensive career includes 16 years at IFC, where he led investments in project finance and structured debt and equity in key infrastructure markets.
Notably, he played a pivotal role in pioneering investments, including the Latin Power Fund, the first private equity infrastructure fund for emerging markets, the Asia Mezzanine Infrastructure Fund, and Profund, the first private equity fund targeting microlending institutions.
During his term as the CEO and Board Member of Hyflux Water Trust (HWT) from 2007-2009, Mr. Siddique showcased his fund management skills by leading the IPO on the Main-board of the Singapore Stock Exchange. His extensive experience in fund management includes roles at Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd (SREI) from 2009-2013, where he served as Joint Managing Director, CEO, and Board Member, overseeing investment banking, venture capital, and treasury operations.
Furthermore, Mr. Siddique’s stint with Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) in New York involved responsibilities for structured finance, leveraged buyouts, leveraged leasing, asset securitization transactions, and investments in financial institutions and municipal water infrastructure projects in the U.S.
In India, he contributed as a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and was actively involved in business organizations like the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and Confederation of Indian Industry. His multifaceted career highlights his significant fund management and strategic leadership in global finance and infrastructure.
Daniel Yeung
Fund Advisor
Mr. Yeung is a co-Founder and Principal of Odyssey Capital and Tigris. He has over 20 years of infrastructure investment, investment banking, and infrastructure operating company experience. After establishing Odyssey Capital, he has advised more than a dozen companies in Asia on various strategic and fund raising mandates on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in growth markets in Asia, including India, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand.
Mr. Yeung was formerly an Investment Officer at International Finance Corporation (IFC), based in Hong Kong. He was responsible for business development, and delivering the investment program for IFC in the East Asia Pacific Region. He was part of a team which developed an investment pipeline of over USD1,500 million of investment opportunities (project financing, equity and mezzanine investments). He also supervised a number of IFC’s existing portfolio investments.
Mr. Yeung was formerly Senior Vice President of Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd (SREI). He helped to set up the Singapore office, and was responsible for project and structured financing loans in India, and developing cross-border M&A infrastructure projects for SREI and its Indian clients. He led and negotiated a USD70 million credit line to SREI from a consortium of Dutch, French and German bilateral agencies. He represented SREI as a Board director of a USD150 million Singapore-based barge operator.
He also was an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston and Bankers Trust, in Sydney, where he worked on a number of landmark M&A transactions in the financial institutions group.
